Premium GAF Roofing Products — Installed & Warranted
As a GAF Certified Contractor, we install the same GAF products most roofers can buy. What they cannot offer is the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty. That is GAF coverage for manufacturing defects on a qualifying system. It is not workmanship coverage. We register it. The terms are on our warranty page, and we walk them on the estimate.
GAF Certified — Why It Matters for Your Warranty
Every GAF shingle is identical off the pallet. The warranty is not. Who installs it decides what GAF will stand behind. As a GAF Certified Contractor, we offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty — manufacturing-defect coverage on a qualifying GAF system. It is not workmanship coverage.
The terms live on our warranty page. We register the warranty with GAF and walk the coverage on the estimate, including whether it can transfer if you sell.
GAF does not hand Certified status to every roofer who applies. We earned it. Only a small percentage of contractors nationwide hold it.
Common Questions
Why does the installer matter more than the product?
Every GAF Timberline HDZ shingle is identical off the pallet. The warranty is not. Who installs it decides what GAF will stand behind. As a GAF Certified Contractor, we offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty — manufacturing-defect coverage on a qualifying system. It is not workmanship coverage. The terms are on our warranty page.
Do you install products from other manufacturers?
We specialize in GAF roofing products because they offer the strongest warranty program in the industry when installed by a certified contractor. For gutters, we fabricate our own seamless aluminum systems on-site. We are happy to discuss alternative materials if you have a specific preference.
How do I choose between shingles and metal?
Asphalt shingles like the Timberline HDZ offer the best balance of cost, curb appeal, and warranty coverage for most Triad homeowners. Metal roofing costs 2 to 3 times more upfront but lasts 50+ years with near-zero maintenance. We walk through the trade-offs during your free inspection based on your home's architecture, budget, and long-term plans.
