We performed a complete tear-off, inspected and repaired the decking, installed GAF FeltBuster synthetic underlayment, and finished with Timberline HDZ architectural shingles in Charcoal. The homeowner qualified for our GAF Golden Pledge warranty, which provides 50-year non-prorated coverage on both materials and workmanship. New ridge vents were installed to improve attic ventilation and extend the life of the roof system.
